Interior features and Design
The spacious cabin of the new Yaris features a 7-inch TFT multi-information display and an LED digital speedometer that can be set to one of four layouts. The 475-liter boot is complemented by a folding plate that serves as a divider to allow more efficient distribution of luggage.
The vehicle interior features an 8-inch multimedia screen on top, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as a USB port in the head unit and two ports in the rear console that allow passengers to connect external multimedia devices. Additional features include a four- or six-speaker audio system and an automatic climate control system with dual rear air vents to improve passenger comfort. Meanwhile, parents benefit from the added peace of mind offered by Toyota’s ISOFIX safety system.


Engine and performance options
The 2023 Yaris has its four-cylinder engine options, equipped with a 16-valve DOCH and dual VVT-I. The vehicle comes with a choice of two engine sizes, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. The 1.3 liter develops 97 horsepower and 122 Nm of torque with an exceptional fuel consumption of 22.4 km/l. For its part, the 1.5-liter engine produces 105 horsepower and 138 Nm of torque with a fuel consumption of 20.5 km/l.
Both engine options are mated to the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT), which simulates a seven-speed sequential transmission. The vehicle has a turning radius of 4.8 meters.
Security functions
The new Yaris can now be purchased with many safety features. The top model’s safety system is complemented by Toyota Safety Sense, a suite of advanced safety technologies that includes a Pre-Collision System (PCS), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Alert (LDA ), Lane Departure Prevention (LDP), and Automatic High Beams (AHB), as well as a new Forward Departure Alert (FDA) feature that provides drivers with a visual and audible warning when a vehicle stopped in front begins to move forward.

The 2023 Toyota Yaris is now available in three new colors: metal stream metal, sequin scarlet, and metallic grey, the latter two newly developed for the vehicle. The interior cabin, meanwhile, features a black and tan color scheme. The 2023 Yaris comes with a choice of either 15-inch steel wheels or 16-inch alloy wheels.
